What should I do to watch the transmission?
First of all, you need to purchase access and log in to the website in accordance with the above instructions.
How can I buy access?
- Choose the event you are interested in.
- Click "buy access."
- Fill in the fields of the purchase form. Remember that the e-mail address and the password entered will be used to log in to the event.
- Press the "Pay" button using the available payment system.
- Choose your bank and make payment
How do I log to watch the transmission?
- Select an event you have purchased.
- Go to the login page.
- In the login form, use your e-mail address as the login (the one you provided when making the payment).
- Provide the password and click "enter."
I cannot proceed to payment.
- Check if you entered all data and ticked all 3 consents.
Problems with transmission
Why is the transmission buffering?
Probably your Internet connection is not sufficient to smoothly play the broadcast. Disable any unnecessary Internet programmes and try again. The minimum Internet connection speed is 4mb/s, 8mb/s of download is recommended.
The transmission keeps logging out.
Access to the transmission is intended for one viewer. Make sure that no one else is logging in to your data from another device.
Problems with access
Access to the transmission doesn't work.
- If the access to transmission does not work, check if the e-mail address and password have been entered correctly.
- Please try to regenerate the password according to the instructions above.
- Check if you are logging in to the purchased event.
- If you still cannot log in, please contact our technical support.
I don't remember my password.
To set a new password, go to the login page and click the link to the password recovery page next to logging in to the broadcast and follow the on-screen instructions. After a while, an e-mail with a new password will be sent to your e-mail inbox.

Can I watch the transmission on other device, instead of a computer?
Yes, the transmission can be watched on smartphones, tablets or smart TVs. The prerequisite is an up-to-date Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Microsoft Edge or Safari web browser. We also recommend having an up-to-date operating system on the device.
Can I watch the transmission from outside Poland?
Yes, the transmission is available worldwide after purchasing access.
Can I log in with Facebook?
No, this is not possible at the moment.
