Regulations

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", define the rules for the provision of the service through the PPV Stream website, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Website".
  2. Whenever these Regulations mention:

Service Provider - it shall refer to PPV Stream S.C. with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, aleja Jana Pawła II 1/15B, 44-335 Jastrzębie-Zdrój, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the Taxpayer Identification Number (NIP): 6332241091, business statistical number (REGON) 384854635;
  4. User - it shall refer to a natural person or an entity that uses the services provided by the Service Provider on the terms set out in the Regulations.
  5. Event - it shall refer to a conference, workshop or other type of an organized event during which Users use the System.
  6. Service - it shall refer to providing the User with tools for the provision of streaming services.
  7. Caregiver - it shall refer to a representative of the Service Provider supporting the Organizer of the event in handling the PPV Stream System.
2. FEES
  1. The fee will cover the payment for services in accordance with the Operator's price list within the period specified on the invoice.
  2. In order to provide the service continuously, the user shall pay the invoice no later than on the expiry date specified on the invoice.
  3. The operator shall not be held liable for delays in payments caused by third parties (banks, post office) - in this case, in order not avoid interruption of the service, the confirmation of the transfer should be sent to bok@ppv-stream.pl.
  4. Failure to pay on time results in blocking the service on the day following the final date given on the invoice.
3. TERMS OF SERVICE
  1. To order the PPV Stream service, please contact the PPV Stream Customer Service Centre and provide full identification data necessary for the invoice to be issued correctly.
  2. In the absence of payment, the Operator blocks the account. If the Operator does not receive the payment confirmation within 14 days from the blockade, the account will be deleted and the agreement with the Subscriber will be automatically terminated.
  3. Upon receipt of the required payment confirmation within this period, the account is immediately unblocked.
  4. The operator shall not be held liable for delays caused by the fault of third parties (banks, post office, domain operators, etc.).
  5. Ordering of the service is tantamount to the regulations having been read and accepted.
4. TECHNICAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE WEBSITE
  1. Access to the Website is possible from any computer or a mobile device with an Internet connection and a web browser. It is recommended to use upgraded versions of web browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari.
  2. Work on the Website can be started provided that the User has logged in, using the login and password received from the Service Provider or a unique URL address generated by the PPV Stream System and made available to the User via e-mail.
  3. The condition for logging in to the PPV Stream website is the acceptance of the regulations.
5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. COOKIES.
  1. The organizer of the event who is the controller of the data of the Participants of the event, shall be held liable for the legality of obtaining and providing the Service Provider with this data in order to use the Service by them.
  2. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data on the Website and the use of cookies are set out in the Website's Privacy Policy.
6. LIABILITY
  1. The Service Provider is obliged to provide the Service with due diligence.
  2. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:
1. permanent or temporary inability to provide the Service or malfunction of the Service; 2. the consequences of improper use of the Service provided by the User; 3. the consequences of the User's breach of the Regulations; 4. the consequences of the use of information authorizing access to the Service (login and password, URL address) by third parties, if these persons came into possession of these data as a result of their disclosure by the User or insufficient protection against access by unauthorized persons. 8. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
  1. All potential complaints may be submitted by the User in writing, by registered letter addressed to the address of the Service Provider's registered office or to e-mail address: bok@ppv-stream.pl.
  2. The User may submit a complaint within 14 days from the date of the event giving rise to the complaint.
  3. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt by the Service Provider.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. The User’s possibility to log in to the PPV Stram System requires prior approval of the Regulations.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Regulations for important reasons, in particular in the event of a change in the law, introduction of new functionalities, commencement of the provision of new services or change of the technical conditions for the provision of the Service. These changes are effective from the moment the new version of the Regulations is made available on the PPV Stream website.
  3. All disputes related to the provision of the Service and the provisions of the Regulations shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.
  4. The Regulations shall enter into force on April 2, 2021.
