§ 1 General provisions

  1. The data controller is PPV Stream S. C. with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, aleja Jana Pawła II 1 / 15B, 44-335 Jastrzębie-Zdrój, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under Taxpayer Identification Number (NIP): 6332241091, business statistical number (REGON) 384854635.
  2. Data are protected in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and stored on the secured servers.
  3. The controller uses cookies and similar technologies. Details in the above scope are set out in the following provisions of this privacy policy.
  4. This privacy policy sets out detailed rules for data processing by the Controller. In any case, in the event of a potential conflict of this policy with applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail.
  5. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer. § 2 Data Controller

  1. The service provider is the controller of the clients' data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data such as name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, tax identification number, PESEL number, IP address.
  2. Personal data are processed:

    • in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    • in accordance with the Privacy Policy implemented,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content, amend or terminate the Agreement, and correctly implement Services provided electronically,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
    • to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if you ordered the service,
    • to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent, if you have set up an account.
  3. Every data subject (if we are controller of its data) has the right to access, rectify, delete data or limit their processing, the right to object, and to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
  4. The data are processed by the following entities:

    • IFIRMA SA, Grabiszyńska 241 B, 53-234, Wrocław, Lower Silesian Province, NIP: 8981647572 – the Internet accounting, in which your data are processed, if we issue an invoice for you,
    • Marek.pro Marek Drzewiecki with its registered office in Dąbrowice, ul. Kościuszki 54 - in the Data Center of this company there is a server on which our website and customer panel are located
  5. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or after withdrawal of your consent only to the extent to pursue potential claims in court or if domestic or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
  6. The service provider has the right to disclose the User's personal data and other data to entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  7. Personal data may be deleted as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The service provider shall not share personal data with other entities, except those authorized under the applicable law.
  9. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a potential breach of data security.
  10. Personal data are processed only by persons authorized by us or by a processor with whom we closely cooperate.

Cookies

  1. The website uses cookies and similar technology. Cookies are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser in the computer software. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the type of the user’s device. The parameters allow the information contained in cookies to be read only by the server that created them. Therefore, cookies facilitate the use of previously visited websites. The information collected relates to the type of browser used, language, type of the operating system, the Internet service provider, information about the time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form. This information may also contain personal data, e.g. IP address, if a separate consent is given.

These cookies collect information about the method of using the website by users, the type of the website from which the Service Recipient was redirected, as well as the number of visits and the duration of the visit to the website. 1. "session" files are temporary files that are stored on the end device until logging out (leaving of the website).

2. "permanent" files are stored in the user's end device for the period of time specified in cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the user.

No change made by the user in the browser settings is tantamount to the consent given to the Controller to save cookies and similar files and read information from such files by the Controller.
